PSI NEPLAN takes part in the CIGRE Session 2022

This year Neplan AG is already exhibiting for the 10th time at Cigré. At the exhibition, the new NEPLAN functions, the optimization of energy networks, as well as the interfaces and processes for the integration of NEPLAN V10 and 360 Cloud with external systems will be presented. We would be pleased to welcome you at the NEPLAN booth.

The NEPLAN User Meeting took place on 5 February 2020 in Zurich. Over 35 utilities took part. The focus was on determining the hosting capacity for charging stations (eMobility), parameter estimation for standard models for PV and wind turbines, design of phase shifting transformers for active power control, a practical report on automatic importing and updating network data from the Geographical Information System and the innovations in the new NEPLAN software release V10.8.3.

We are proud to announce that at the end of 2019 we have got our first 1500 NEPLAN 360 users on the cloud. The cloud users very much appreciate the availability of all NEPLAN functions and calculation modules without making a local installation. The cloud solution is accessible via Internet from everywhere by login and password.

We are proud to present the new versions 10.8 of NEPLAN V10/360.
This new version includes many new functionalities, standards and improvements for the gas, water and district heating modules, as well as for the power system analysis modules.

We are proud to present you NEPLAN 360 10.5.1! In this version we have expanded and improved the functionalities of our software for an even easier and user friendlier experience.

Collaboration between Trimble NIS calculation tool and Neplan AG allows Vantaa Energy to design the new pipelines based on calculation results and not any more on estimates.

Growing need to cut on costs creates constant pressure for network operators. Neplan collaborates with ABB to produce our technically and economically optimized network evaluation asset management software.

Over 140 customers were attending our yearly NEPLAN user meeting for German speaking countries (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). One major focus was the new modern and feature rich NEPLAN 360.

In accordance with the CGMES Conformity Assessment Framework, ENTSO-E awarded NEPLAN with an Attestation of Conformity for the full lifetime of the software. NEPLAN received Gold Conformity Level as it successfully passed all test use cases defined for CGMES conformity assessment.

All standard dynamic models defined in CIM ENTSO-E (CGMES) are now available in NEPLAN 5.5.5.
